Abstract

CALLEGARO, Adriana. El diario y la autobiografía: la doble enunciación en "Diario para un cuento" de Julio Cortázar, una representación del trabajo de escritura. Cuad.Sur, Let. [online]. 2007, n.37, pp. 71-86. ISSN 1668-7426.

The article's subject focuses a double question related with narratology. First, the analysis distrusts some narrative fiction's theories about the representation of reality, and in the other hand, takes a look over enonciative aspects in the diary and autobiography because they are the proper genres on which this questioning can be done. Analyzing the ambiguous enunciation, characteristic in the diary and autobiography, and its articulation in Cortazar's tale, we can realize the increasing tendency in modern narrative to disapprove narrative as a pragmatic instrument, because of its ending structure. At the same time, the cross of diary and autobiography in this text, offers the representation of the writing process as an infinite quest of sense. Finally, this article points to the problem of the use of language as a testimony of reality, and as a reflection about the task of writing.

Keywords : Representation; Enunciation; Quest of sense; Writing; Cortazar; Autobiography.
