M. Heidegger proposes the renewal of the problem of Being to carry out a criticism that dismantles the philosophic-metaphysical tradition. Heidegger argues that there is a difference between "thinking of being" and "the thinking of philosophy". In fact, philosophy takes "matters of reason" where everything has a cause, a foundation and the Being, in words of Heidegger, has not got one. So it is not possible to accede at Being through a representational thought because the Being is not a thing. On this view Metaphysics' most important mistake is the obstruction of the way to Being. As a consequence, Being is transformed in an object, which drifts to forgottenness of Being and its original nature. Nevertheless Heidegger proposes a leap in the other beginning of thinking, where through meditation, in the hold back of the Dasein (being-t/here) will be allow the truth in its own happening by the event of appropriation.
