The aim of this paper is to explain and the connection between evidence and discourse in a transcendental-pragmatic frame. The paper begins with an analytical reconstruction of the concept of discourse. After that, an explanation of the difference between performative and psychological evidence is proposed. The conclusion is that the performative evidence is compatible with a re-examination of the transcendental knowledge.
