Throughout the 1930s, the legitimacy crisis of the political power from electoral manipulation, arises the question on the alternatives that may allow for justification of dominance with such a severe original sin within the official party block. In this work, we analyze some devices built from the power to respond to this legitimacy crisis, connecting through a dialogue two spheres of political production, the national sphere and the provincial district of Santa Fe. We describe the operation keys of the national power, the "Concordancia", and analyze in the local sphere the "iriondismo", dominant coalition of the "radicalismo antipersonalista" of Santa Fe, whose importance derives from its particular insertion in the national ruling elite and from the control of the provincial executive branch that took place from the mid 1930s to 1943.
