In this article we analyze the regulations to the teacher's job during the last dictatorship. We see the politics of the education's ministers of the province of Buenos Aires and we make some comparators with the propositions of the ministers of the nation. We analyze three documents: Estatuto del Magisterio, Reglamento de Licencia of the province of Buenos Aires and the Estatuto del Docente of the nation. We show that the ministers didn't want to eliminated the Statutes, because they want to demonstrate the idea of legality and they would like reform some articles with de propose of control the enter and the continue of the teachers into the system; redefined the mechanism of ascended to the mot important charges; and eliminated the social's right, especially that affect to women.
