The paper aims to evaluate the effects of university education (with and without entrepreneurial education) on the entrepreneurial profile of students. In particular, we analyze how entrepreneurial intention of students is influenced by the feasibility perception, desirability perception, entrepreneurial knowledge and the area of study. For this purpose, we apply a survey in university students of two public universities. The results suggest that entrepreneurship education in the curricula has a positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention. In addition, students who have received entrepreneurship education (compared to those who did not) recognize have strengthened their knowledge of entrepreneurship and have developed entrepreneurial skills that could be useful if they decide to undertake a venture.
