NESSIER, Andrea Fabiana; PAGURA, María Fernanda; PACIFICO, Andrea María  and  ZANDOMENI, Norma. Estudiantes universitarios que trabajan: desafíos de la simultaneidad. Escr. Contab. Adm. [online]. 2017, vol.8, n.2, pp. 57-78. ISSN 1853-2055.

Working and studying simultaneously during college years is recognized as a worldwide phenomenon and requires identifying its potential effects on the training of future professionals. The present article, derived from a larger research project, attempts to describe and analyze the relationship between working and academic experiences of those advanced students majoring in Economic Sciences. The results that are presented arise from a quantitative approach study, by applying a survey and its subsequent processing through descriptive statistics. Working students represent a high percentage that grows as they advance in their studies and show greater lag. Nevertheless, most of the respondents highlight the advantages of work experience, which challenges universities to outline new institutional and curricular strategies that recognize students@acute; traits and value the knowledge these students have obtained in their working contexts.
